The Role

As a Security Officer, you will provide frontline security services in a professional, customer-focused manner to ensure the safety and security of Crown Perth’s customers, employees, and property. Your conflict resolution and problem-solving skills will allow you to improve our colleagues’ and customers’ experience.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. You’ll be responsible for:

• Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code.
• Addressing undesirable behaviour.
• Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required.
• Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour.
• Assisting patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino.
• Providing support in medical emergencies.
• Assisting in the transfers of money and chips.

About You

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
