The Role

Crown's Surveillance Team plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets. As an Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting analysis, investigating operational integrity matters, and providing recommendations to support informed business decisions.

You'll leverage various tools, including IMS, retail management, gaming management, surveillance monitoring, and open-source information resources, to gather data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations and analyze information to identify areas of risk
  • Provide recommendations to Surveillance Management to inform business decisions
  • Prepare reports for Casino Executives, internal audit, and Surveillance Management

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum 12 months of experience in an operational surveillance or casino environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting investigations and surveillance
  • PREFERRED: Experience in casino operations, table games, AML, intelligence gathering, analysis, statistics, or Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Moderate to high competence in Microsoft Office suite is essential
  • Able to collaborate and build relationships
  • A working understanding of quality control with a strong focus on attention to detail

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $65,000-$85,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
