Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Consultant to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities will include managing production of campaign elements, tracking progress, and reporting performance across key lead indicators.

As a key member of the Club Marketing team, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead to support key programs of work and take the lead on small and medium marketing initiatives across RACV venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans and briefs under guidance where appropriate.
  • Oversee the production of campaign elements, ensuring sign-off from relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to execute certain campaign elements.
  • Design collateral to support our leisure portfolio.
  • Monitor campaign progress, optimize and refine as necessary, and report performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience in campaign management including through-the-line mediums.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar qualification.
