Strategic Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team. This key role will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across four portfolios, including proposition development, paid and owned media strategy, local area marketing support, communication program development, measurement, and optimisation.

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of the strategic Brand & Marketing plan to support business plan targets for Leisure and the broader enterprise. They will champion the development and delivery of a robust marketing strategy across Leisure portfolio, including Member Benefits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic marketing plans across Leisure portfolio, including proposition development, paid and owned media strategy, local area marketing support, communication program development, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Lead the development and delivery of the strategic Brand & Marketing plan to support business plan targets for Leisure and the broader enterprise.
  • Champion the development and delivery of a robust marketing strategy across Leisure portfolio, including Member Benefits.
  • Actively contribute to business strategy and plans working closely with the Leisure leadership team.
  • Liaise, negotiate, and influence senior managers in the development and delivery of business and marketing plans.
  • Role model leadership behaviours and coaching, and be accountable for individual development and performance management of the team.
