Job Title: Network Operations Manager

This is a critical role at the heart of the business, responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of Network Operations Centre (NOC) operations. As a NOC leader, you will lead experienced team members to ensure seamless network monitoring, incident response, and service delivery across the organization.

  • Oversee 24/7 NOC operations, ensuring prompt incident resolution during critical events.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to prepare for future technologies and deliver best-in-class network observability and tooling.
  • Act as the key escalation point, champion root cause analysis, and drive excellent service outcomes.
  • Mentor team members, inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and manage resource planning.
  • Track KPIs and enforce compliance.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of IP networking protocols and infrastructure. Proven leadership skills are also essential, along with experience in ITIL-aligned processes and ticketing systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7+ years' experience in NOC or network operations leadership, ideally in a carrier-grade environment.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IP networking protocols, Cisco/Juniper infrastructure, and network management tools.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL Foundation) preferred.
