
Public Spaces Coordinator

A dedicated and results-driven leader is required to oversee the daily operations of public areas in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional cleaning standards.
This role involves supervising, training, and motivating a team responsible for maintaining public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas.
The successful applicant will be accountable for ensuring the hotel's cleanliness standards are met and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleaning and maintenance in public areas.
- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public and ground areas, including identifying maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
- Inspect public areas regularly to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar hospitality environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
