Job Overview

This role involves supervising a team of housekeeping staff responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other common spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.

Able to work a variety of shifts, the successful applicant will be able to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure the hotel's cleanliness standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of all public and ground areas
  • Inspect public areas regularly to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts
