About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team at KinCare. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new customers, providing exceptional service and support to guide them through their journey with our in-home care services.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. While working autonomously, close collaboration with internal teams is essential to prioritize workloads effectively and achieve business results.

The successful candidate will have experience in Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service via telephone, be highly sales-oriented, and possess the ability to meet targets. Strong written skills, computer literacy, and CRM management skills are also essential for maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results.
  • Identify solutions for customers and negotiate effectively using sales and marketing techniques.
  • Possitively influence and collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service via telephone.
  • Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and/or CRM management skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping others.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
