About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join KinCare's high-performing Sales team. As the first point of contact for new customers, you will work autonomously but collaborate closely with the team to prioritize workloads effectively.

This phone-based role is primarily focused on nurturing and guiding prospective customers and their families towards KinCare's in-home care services. You will bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families to help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results.
• Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively using sales and marketing techniques.
• Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.

About You

• Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone.
• Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
• Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone.
• Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families.
• Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others.
