Industrial Relations Specialist

Job Summary:
DRD Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Relations Advisor to support our Client with IR related activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legislative Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring our Client's compliance and minimizing potential risks.
- Risk Management: Oversee the risk register and conduct periodic reviews of the I&ERMP to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to promote our Client's brand and values.
- Dispute Resolution: Support management and subcontractors in resolving disputes and IR-related issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Subcontractor Liaison: Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with RoE permits and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in Industrial Relations, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Offshore, Construction, or Maritime industries, with a focus on IR and dispute resolution.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
