The IT Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with technology and business leaders to deliver service management support leveraging the ITIL framework within an agile technology environment.

Key responsibilities include providing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and Knowledge management along with Disaster Recovery services.

About You:

">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager in financial services or another industry is required.">
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience in ITIL processes specifically Incidents, Problems, and Change are essential.">
  • Experience in managing major incidents, root cause analysis, and working under pressure is necessary.">
  • A proven track record of continual service improvement, achieving service agreements, and demonstrating a risk mindset (including policy, standards, and processes) is expected.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a deep understanding and empathy for working with diverse business stakeholders and staff are required.">
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies is desirable.">
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills are necessary to influence business outcomes.">
  • Experience working in an ITIL operating model describing its value to customers is beneficial.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills are essential.">

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience implementing ITIL in an agile working environment is necessary.">
  • An Advanced ITIL Certification V4 would be advantageous.">
