Delivery Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an individual to play a critical role in the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our hospital partners.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt and dispatch of loan sets for surgery, including thorough instrumentation inspection and handling.
  • You will drive enquiries from our internal sales team and our hospital partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • This role involves supporting inventory control and governance processes to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
  • Your key focus will be on working closely with our E2E supply chain team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

In this position, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of loan set assembly for patients undergoing life-changing orthopaedic procedures.
