Front Office Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including managing staffing levels, budgets, and resources.
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize and organize workload to meet service and operational goals.
  • Respond to guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback, sales data, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Marriott International systems and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
