Job Overview
About the Role- This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in Brisbane's southern suburbs.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrative professional to provide efficient and effective support to our team.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance and support to the Manager and Leadership Team.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of the Manager, responding and coordinating tasks as required.
- Organise presentations, travel, events, functions and calendar management.
- Support with financial duties such as budgeting, procurement, expenses and invoicing.
- Deliver professional, timely, confidential and effective internal customer service.
- Represent the General Manager and Department at meetings and events, and be a point of contact and professional representative for the department.
- Network with internal teams and peers to ensure cohesive delivery of tasks.
- You will have minimum five years' experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role at an executive level.
- You possess a business mindset with proven stakeholder and customer engagement skills, and a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence.
- You have demonstrated ability to take charge without direction to get the job done, with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and prioritisation.
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to be agile and efficient in prioritising tasks.
- You have excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and databases.
- You have enthusiasm to be part of a high functioning team and ability to demonstrate core values.
