About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams, promoting a culture of transparency and open dialogue.
  • Champion learning and development programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
