We are looking for an experienced Document Control and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Metso Outotec. This role will provide administrative support to the E&I team and ensure the smooth delivery of contractual documents for E&I projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support
* Participate in meetings, taking minutes as may be required.
* Assist in the development/harmonisation and maintenance of project procedures and document templates.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation & car rental bookings.
* Credit card reconciliation.
* Assist with reporting as required.
* Maintain project drives and document archives.
* Set up projects in SAP and process customer orders, sales orders, and purchase requisitions.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Computer literacy, particularly MS Excel, Outlook, SAP
* Intermediate and above Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
