
Senior Veterinary Clinic Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team. As a seasoned veterinary professional, you will have the opportunity to lead one of our clinics with the support of another clinical lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary services across a range of areas, including reproduction, radiology, ultrasonography, orthopedics, and soft tissue surgery. You will also contribute to the development and optimisation of clinical workflows and patient care within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide leadership and direction to a team of experienced nurses and veterinarians in order to deliver exceptional patient care.
- To develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- To work closely with other members of the management team to drive business growth and expansion.
- A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent degree.
- Registration to practice as a veterinarian in Australia.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership, operational management, and staff development.
