Job Title: Advanced Health Professional

 

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging rural health setting.

As a Registered Nurse at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in an Emergency Department-style environment, providing front-line care to patients. This is an autonomous and meaningful nursing role that requires critical thinking, clinical autonomy, and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and situational judgment, with the ability to exercise sound clinical and situational judgment without a doctor on site. They will also be able to liaise with virtual ED medical teams for patient management, support junior staff and contribute to clinical education, and engage with the local community in a culturally respectful manner.
