Rural Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a rural community hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a tangible difference in people's lives.
Job Responsibilities- Provide front-line care in an Emergency Department-style environment (including wound care, triage, emergency response)
- Exercise sound clinical and situational judgment without a doctor on site
- Liaise with the virtual ED medical team for patient management
- Support junior staff and contribute to clinical education
- Engage with the local community in a culturally respectful and meaningful way
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
