We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Administrator to join our organization. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications, deliver exceptional service, and oversee key administrative functions as part of a dedicated and collaborative team.

About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate records, manage permits and accreditation, vehicle registrations, fuel cards, and Linkt Tags for the national fleet.
  • Provide high-level administrative support as part of the national equipment team, contributing to streamlined operations and process improvements.
  • Assist with management of equipment-related invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial accuracy.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, proactively addressing equipment needs and operational challenges.
  • Assist with maintaining the Fleet Management System database to ensure accuracy of vehicle records.
  • Support safety audits, compliance reporting, and a range of operational and administrative functions to uphold high standards across the business.
