Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

This role represents a unique chance to take ownership of equipment reliability across up to 17 sites in Queensland, supporting operations critical to Australia's construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Manage Maintenance: Utilize our CMMS (MAINPAC) to schedule and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate Trades and Contractors: Oversee internal trades, OEM technicians, and external contractors to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Safety and Compliance: Supervise high-risk maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to WHS procedures.
  • Procurement and Spares Management: Oversee procurement and spares management, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and delays.
  • Asset Support: Deliver hands-on support for asset installations, relocations, and upgrades.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Communicate monthly maintenance activity across the region, including team and toolbox meetings.
  • Tech Expertise: Serve as a technical subject matter expert for plant and processing equipment.
  • Initiative Rollout: Lead the rollout of safety and productivity initiatives, including face-to-face training sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the network.
