As an Aviation Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales across the region, driving business growth. You will provide world-class customer support by addressing both technical and commercial needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead reporting activities and work towards achieving performance targets and efficient equipment turnaround times. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results and enhance collective performance.

You will identify and drive new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region. You will implement systems and methods to ensure performance goals are met. You will travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business or Sales. They will have sales or project management training/qualifications and previous experience in an aviation customer support or commercial sales role. They will have strong sales skills with a focus on customer service and a flair for negotiation.
