Route Development Manager - Aviation Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Route Development Manager to lead our strategy for South Asia.

  • The role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities to attract new airlines and increase services from existing partners.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with airline decision-makers, government stakeholders, airport authorities, and tourism bodies, with a high presence in South Asia each quarter.
  • You will prepare and present business cases, traffic forecasts, and market analysis for new route proposals.
  • You will represent us at aviation forums, industry conferences, and government missions.

About you:

  • 8+ years' experience in aviation route development, network planning, airline sales/marketing, or tourism strategy—preferably with exposure to South Asia.
  • Proven track record in business development and stakeholder management in a B2B or government setting.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian and broader South Asian aviation and travel markets.
