Salary and Benefits

Sitting at Band 7, this role comes with a competitive salary of $107,944.11 + Super, accompanied by flexible working arrangements. You can choose between a 19-day month with RDO or a 9-day fortnight option.

Job Description

This dynamic position will lead and coordinate cultural development programs within the Creative Communities Department. Your focus will be on connecting, celebrating, and building capacity to address community needs and aspirations.

You will balance strategic direction with practical leadership, delivering creative outcomes while maintaining collaborative relationships with departments across Council and key stakeholders.

  • A deep appreciation for the arts and its cultural, educational, and social impact
