Estee Lauder Companies seeks a talented Beauty Retail Artist to join our team at David Jones Chadstone store in Melbourne.

We are looking for a highly skilled make-up artist who can provide exceptional customer service and create an inspirational in-store experience. As part of our high-performing team, you will work collaboratively to deliver impact with in-store events and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising.

About the Role:

  • As a Beauty Retail Artist, you will combine your creative expertise with passion for people to deliver a personalized and welcoming in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
  • You will also work closely with colleagues to achieve our store's sales targets and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate a high level of creativity and technical expertise.
  • You must be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, as well as work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software and the ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
