Estee Lauder Retail Artist OpportunityAbout the Role:

As a highly skilled make-up artist, you will provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to creating impact with in-store events and ensure the store maintains its high standards of visual merchandising.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career in prestige beauty. While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise.

In this role, you will have the ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be required to have experience with retail point-of-sale software and be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make-up experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
