About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled makeup artist to join our team at MAC in Melbourne. As a retail artist, you will provide a personalized and inspirational experience for our customers, combining your creative expertise with a passion for people.

You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and ensure that our store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising. If you are a dynamic self-starter looking for a progressive career opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.

We welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creativity and technical expertise. A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
