About the Role

As a key member of the Intensive Care Research Unit, you will leverage your clinical expertise to drive excellence in research activities. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing the research team, ensuring the development and execution of innovative protocols, and facilitating the timely completion of projects. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality nursing care aligned with the Department of Health's quality framework, while also overseeing the reporting of results and contributions to publications and presentations.

About You

We're looking for an exceptional ICU Research Nurse Unit Manager who can blend clinical expertise with leadership to drive research excellence. You will need to demonstrate a passion for nursing, research, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and facilitate change management while ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in intensive care nursing, with a solid background in clinical research and team management.
In-depth knowledge of nursing regulations, quality improvement systems, and the ethical considerations of clinical research.
