Key responsibilities of this role include

Managing the implementation of a digital adoption platform across the company's digital assets to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.

Assessing needs and use cases, designing impactful solutions, measuring results, and iterating to drive optimal outcomes.

Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver software readiness, communications, and training.

Driving agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality.

Measuring and evaluating the impact of solutions against key performance indicators.

Seeking feedback and obtaining consensus across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Influencing and delivering in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and timelines.

Understanding technical possibilities and limitations to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Experience with WalkMe building and familiarization with software deployment, APIs, and system integrations.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is desirable.

- 1-3 years of professional services experience is advantageous.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

- Background in UX design, learning and development, change management, or project management is an added advantage.

- A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 3 years of IT industry experience is preferred.
