Job Description

The ARM Hub is accelerating the digital transformation of Australia's industrial sector.

We are scaling industrial companies for success in high-value local and global supply chains.

Our mission is to adopt and set industry standards across our technology and innovation programs supporting client growth.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements, ensuring scope, schedule, partnerships, budget and quality targets are met.
  • Champion data and AI adoption nationally – articulate its value proposition to businesses, investors and government, and convert interest into active projects.
  • Scope high-value data and AI use-cases – diagnose business challenges, map readiness and design project pathways from proof-of-concept/delivery to deployment.
  • Orchestrate delivery – assemble cross-functional teams; manage budgets, timelines and risk to deliver outcomes.
  • Drive adoption at scale – coach client teams through change-management, measure ROI and capture impact studies that inspire wider industry uptake.
  • Curate outcome-focused workshops – evaluate and prioritise self-assessments, design and facilitate hands-on sessions that surface pain-points and translate them into funded projects.
  • Leverage and build broader programs to have a data and AI value proposition – weaving DAAS into Australian Manufacturing Capability Network and other initiatives.
  • Build strategic networks – maintain valuable relationships to source deal-flow and co-investment.
  • Report impact – track KPIs, company impact, prepare funding proposals, demonstration and acquittals, showcasing program success to stakeholders and sponsors.
