Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
