Responsibilities
  • Direct patient care is carried out under the supervision of registered nurses or midwives.
  • Transfer patients using appropriate transport to all areas of the hospital.
  • Perform duties according to the duty list.
  • Manual handling of patients under the supervision of registered nurses or midwives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Client/Patient Services) or a similar qualification.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
