**About the Role**

As a Patient Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of the Hospital and assist in moving patients throughout the hospital on wheelchairs and beds. You will be working across two busy Day of Surgery Units which operates Monday to Friday 0600-2030 and Saturday 0600-1830.

This will involve, but is not limited to;
- Transferring patients
- Delivering luggage to post-op wards
- Providing refreshments
- Pharmacy runs and file delivery
- Cleaning pre and post op beds and other general cleaning duties

**About You**
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Possess a positive "can-do" attitude
- Certificate II in Health Support Services (Desirable)
- Experience working in hospital cleaning (Desirable)

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children **check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
