Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our surgery team as a Surgery Associate.

The role involves travelling to cover other clinics, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all designated roles within the surgery team, including pre-operative testing and assisting during consent appointments.
  • Conduct laser technician tasks, such as preparation and calibration of lasers.
  • Co-ordinate patient flow and manage queries to ensure minimum waiting times.
  • Assist the surgeon during consent appointments and treatments, taking notes and instilling eye drops.
  • Participate in end of treatment day activities, updating patient files and compiling reports.
  • Report untoward incidents and contribute to patient safety issues and quality management.
