We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator Specialist to join our esteemed team at a well-established, locally owned early childhood centre with 10 years of industry expertise. This is a full-time permanent role that presents a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to contribute to the growth and development of children between 0-12.

A typical day involves creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive, through:

  • Preparing engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of each child
  • Leading group discussions and songs to foster social skills and emotional intelligence
  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of educational objectives and play-based learning

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, accompanied by at least one year of experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment, promoting open communication and a collaborative approach
  • An unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and education, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances and priorities
