About The Opportunity
As an Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and section management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of chefs and ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborating with the head chef and other kitchen staff to develop menus and improve kitchen processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a qualified chef, preferably in a la carte environments
- Proven experience in managing kitchen sections and leading teams
- A highly organized and punctual work ethic, with excellent communication skills
