Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our Geelong sales team at Nick Scali.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and create a memorable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed customer expectations and create a loyal customer base.
- Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, maximizing sales through effective selling techniques.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing, maintaining showroom standards.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold visual merchandising and pricing accuracy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or related industries such as jewelry, cars, bedding, or travel.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- An open mind, eager to learn, and demonstrate a growth mindset, adapting to new situations and challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
