About the Position- Work closely with a community housing provider to support clients in transitional homes.
- Provide ongoing assistance for up to 18 months while securing long-term housing and for 3 months after clients exit the program.
- Operate independently, with guidance from Family Violence Management.
- The ideal candidate will possess experience working with people impacted by family violence, skills in case management, safety planning, and referrals, as well as knowledge of local services and housing options.
