Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing compensation, ensuring compliance with relevant awards and legislation, managing benefits programs, and administering payroll. The successful candidate will have experience in total rewards, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Dior ANZ's compensation framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and awards.
  • Oversee the benefits program, researching and recommending improvements to enhance employee value proposition.
  • Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Manager on HR-related budgets, including labour costs and social expenses.
  • Manage HR reports, including key performance indicators and LVMH reports.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in total rewards, with expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration, preferably across Australia and New Zealand.
  • HR systems experience, including time and attendance, payroll processing, and HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in HR analytics and leveraging data insights.
