We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has come from a hospitality background looking to transition into a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meeting rooms by ensuring all equipment, water stations, and technology are set up prior to meetings
  • Welcome guests and clients with a smile
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to relevant parties
  • Calendar management for meeting rooms
  • Support the office coordinator in planning and executing events

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills (hospitality background highly regarded)
  • No corporate or financial experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
