Business Advisory Manager - Financial Services

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Manager to join our team at Moore Australia. As a key member of our Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain, produce, and interpret financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and Reckon APS.
  • Prepare and review complex individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns and financial statements.
  • Calculate and reconcile Payroll Tax and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
  • Prepare management accounts, cash flow reports, and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industries.
  • Prepare invoices at the end of an engagement.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience working in a public practice.
  • CAANZ qualified Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification.
  • Extensive experience in Xero, MYOB, and Reckon APS.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize work with strong attention to detail.
  • Displayed ability to think critically and innovatively.
