Aged Care Facility Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and services in the Aged Care sector? We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team at a dynamic Medium Home with less than 90 beds.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete operations of the facility, including supporting staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, improve clinical indicators, and business performance targets.
- Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
- Understand the financial, quality, risk, and compliance aspects of how a residential home operates.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation and clinical standards.
- Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager.
