Customer Resolution Lead
You will lead the resolution of complex customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring thoughtful, balanced, and equitable outcomes.
The role involves investigating end-to-end complaint management processes to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to enhance service delivery and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading thorough investigations into complex customer enquiries and complaints.
- Analysing complaint management processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Designing and delivering guidelines, tools, and training programs to equip staff with the confidence to handle complaints and complex customer enquires effectively.
