The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Education and Support Team. As the Director of Education and Support, you will be responsible for ensuring effective support and inclusion of children in our services, creating positive outcomes for children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes inclusive practices.
  • Develop and implement relevant Early Childhood Education (ECE) Support goals.
  • Oversee all KU Services inclusion activities, funding, training, and projects.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manager's role with advanced leadership skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in inclusive education or early childhood intervention.
  • Demonstrated current knowledge of the early childhood sector, including the National Quality Framework.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
