About the Role

As an Educational Director at Affinity Education, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators in crafting and implementing engaging educational experiences for young learners. With flexible shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, you will be able to balance your work-life requirements while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement engaging educational experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of education and care practices
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the growth and development of our students
About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
