Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our team as Visitor and Interpretation Officers. As part of our larger Visitor Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service and interpretation at our heritage sites.

We are looking for experienced professionals who can effectively communicate with visitors, manage lifting and standing requirements, and work collaboratively with other teams.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for enhancing visitor experiences by providing information and interpretation about our sites, activities, and events. You will work closely with other teams across functions such as commercial events, public programs, and exhibitions.

You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, respond to visitor inquiries, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
  • Experience in busy customer service roles
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Ability to work a regular roster including weekend work
  • Willingness to take on irregular additional shifts and overtime as required
