Job Role Summary

The Work Integrated Learning Officer plays a pivotal role in coordinating placements and student compliance for UNSW Medicine & Health programs.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week. One role will be Continuing, and one will be a 1-Year Fixed Term (parental leave cover).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate placements and ensure student compliance within the UNSW Medicine & Health programs.
  • Work collaboratively and productively within a team, taking initiative and working independently to manage competing demands.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including academics, professional staff, and professional networks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all levels.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while using judgment and initiative.
