About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Systems Administrator to join our team at Bravura. As a key member of our People & Culture Operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert systems support with Workday and other integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support across Workday and other People & Culture integrated systems and tools, including recruitment tool Avature.
  • Implement system enhancements related to business projects and improve reporting dashboards.
  • Automate manual forms in Workday and update business processes.
  • Provide assistance with testing, configuration, and deployment of new features and ensure system optimisation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Provide reporting on People & Culture metrics.
  • Assist in developing and running training sessions and user guides.
  • Maintain the Application Tracking System (ATS) including troubleshooting technical issues and ensure system performance and uptime.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Workday across the following modules or areas: Core HCM, including EIB's, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Business Process Design, Fixes & Enhancements, and Absence.
  • Workday Pro Accreditation will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantage.
  • Experience in developing reporting metrics for stakeholders.
  • Workday coaching and training experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactively provide solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management working across multiple time zones.
