- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Process IVMS tokens, gate cards, PSG orders, and MSIC applications efficiently.
- Engage with stakeholders and handle customer service inquiries professionally.
- Manage daily site communications and updates effectively.

- Collaborate with the administration team to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven administration experience with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP (process to pay); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
