Regional Mine Site Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of hospitality services on a mine site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and accommodation services, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate hospitality services, including dining rooms, housekeeping, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff performance, provide training, and facilitate career development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) environments.
- Current or background in supervisory roles, with a focus on hospitality or management.
- A valid WA Manual Driver's Licence.
- Working rights of at least 6 months.
